Another Arrest Made in Quintarick Wilson Shooting
One of the two men wanted in connection with the September 15 shooting death of football player Quintarick Wilson turned himself in to Arlington police today. Martez Taylor, 18, surrendered at about 3 p.m. He was booked on suspicion of engaging in organized crime-murder and three counts of aggravated assault. Police believe Taylor was one of several people who showed up at the party following the Sam Houston High School homecoming game where Wilson was shot.
DeAngelo Cortez Morton was arrested shortly after the shooting and four other suspects were arrested over the weekend. Police have also issued an arrest warrant Damarcus Farrar, 19, of North Richland Hills. Police are still searching for Farrar. He is described as 5-11, 180 pounds.
