Arlington Highlands, Shopping Mecca!
If you haven’t been to the new Arlington Highlands, you are missing out. The huge shopping development had its grand opening in May and I’m sure it’s really giving The Parks at Arlington Mall something to worry about.
Located at I-20 and Matlock, the 80 acre complex features over 80 shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. It’s design is reminisicant of an old main street and is a refreshing change from the traditional mall. Some of the stores you’ll find are Coldwater Creek, Justice for Girls, White House Black Market, Ann Taylor Loft, Staples, Petsmart, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Famous Footwear, Bed Bath & Beyond, Border’s Books, Ethan Allen, and Conn’s. When you’re finished shopping, catch a movie (and a meal) at the Studio Movie Grill or dine at one of over 15 restaurants including BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse (their pizza is awesome), Hoffbrau Steaks, MiMi’s Cafe, or Potbelly Sandwiches (I love their hot pepper relish).
