Arlington has it’s very own rock climbing facility. Dyno-Rock has over 15,000 square feet of indoor climbing space. The 25 foot high walls are designed to hold multiple climbers at once. There is also over 2,000 square feet of dedicated bouldering. There is a separate party room and a full Pro-Shop. An one-day pass runs about $10 plus $6 to rent the equipment. The Beatles tribute band, Me and My Monkey, will be playing at Reflections tonight. They were named 2006 “Cover Band of the Year” by Fort Worth Weekly.  I understand that they put on a terrific show and are dead ringers for The Beatles.

Since my kids are out of town, Phone Guy and I are going to go out and have a listen. My brother is a huge Beatles fan and it just so happens he will be sitting in for “Ringo” tonight. His dream come true - well almost. (more…)

This video takes you inside for an exclusive look at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium construction. The new stadium will seat approximately 80,000 but can be expandable to up to 100,000 for major events, like the Super Bowl in 2011.
